At oiohub, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet the highest safety and performance standards. All of our products come with the necessary certifications, and we offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure customer satisfaction.

  1. Safety and Quality Certifications:
    All of our products have valid CE and RoHS certifications. Additionally, before entering the market, they are approved by the Chamber of Engineers, and high-voltage products are also tested and evaluated by government authorities. All relevant certification documents have been fully reviewed and registered.​                                                                                                                                                                                 

  2. Limited Liability:
    Our liability is strictly limited to repairing or replacing defective products. We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages, including those caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or environmental conditions.                                                                    

  3. Proper Installation and Safety:
    To ensure the safe operation of our products, we recommend that they be installed by certified professionals. Proper use of the product, as outlined in the provided manual, can prevent potential issues.                                                                                                                     

  4. Scope of Responsibility:
    Our company is only responsible for products that are purchased directly from us and have a verified authenticity hologram and a valid serial number. The serial number is listed on the warranty form. In case of any issues, the product must be returned along with the warranty form and the product itself. Products without a valid hologram and serial number are not covered under the warranty.                                                                                                                                                                    

  5. Reporting Issues:
    Before any disassembly or repair, the customer must provide a video clearly showing the defect or issue with the product. This video must be verified by Moes experts. After verification, permission for disassembly and product return will be issued.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

  6. Product Replacement or Repair: 
    If the defective product is available in stock, it will be replaced free of charge. If it is not in stock, the product will be ordered from the factory and delivered in the next shipment.                                                                                                                                                                            

  7. Hologram Removal:
    The authenticity hologram and serial number attached to the product and its packaging must remain intact throughout the warranty period. Removing the hologram will void the warranty.                                                                                                                                                      

  8. Complaint Requests:
    If our representative fails to fulfill their obligations or if there is an issue with the support process, customers can submit their complaints directly to Moes via their official email: info@moeshouse.com.

  • Order Processing:
    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

  • Shipping Options:

    • Standard Shipping:        Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

    • Express Shipping:           Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

    • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please contact us for more details.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping, as the method chosen for return is not guaranteed. It is recommended to use a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure smooth processing.

  • Damaged Products:
    If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or repair based on the assessment.​
